Slick Assets is still available for breeding until September 1st. Due to his injury (please see info below and on Slick Assets page for more info) we have extended the breeding season for this year as he was unable to cover mares until 7.15.10.

Slick Assets 4th foal and only foal for 2010 has been born! Babys Slick Penny is a striking palomino with a blaze, 4 white socks and 2 ice blue eyes! Congrats Kaylee, she's a beauty!!!

I rode Houston at a walk for the first time today after nearly 5 months of stall rest. He had never even seen the new ranch outside of his stall. He walked to the cross tie, quietly allowed me to saddle him and walked with me all over the ranch that he had never seen perfectly quiet! What a guy! I love my horse!!!!

Slick Assets has been cleared to go back to work and breeding after his unauthorized breeding accident! Hopefully once he gets fit he will be in the show ring next year!!!

Unfortunately breeding is still on hold for this year, please keep checking here for updated information. Houston's leg is healing exceptionally well. He has been on stall rest for nearly 4 months and  has been a complete quiet gentlemen the whole time. What a trooper!

Slick Assets unfortunately was bred without our permission, was kicked by the mare and broke a 3in piece of his splint bone off. He had a very successful surgery to remove the broken piece of bone, but it will be a long road to recovery. Keep him in your thoughts! We really hope he will fully recover!!!
