| Secret Hills Ranch was started by Missy in 2002. Originally SHR was a breeding program for Missy's miniature horse stallions since at the time I was very busy competing on the A Circuit riding Hunter/Jumpers and did not have time to own a big stallion. Eventually I began riding Reining and Cutting horses with the great Al Dunning and was hooked! After moving back to San Diego I began my long search for the perfect stallion. After nearly 3 years of searching, I found Houston and have never looked back! Also after many years of searching for the perfect man I was reunited with my childhood sweetheart Peter, the love of my life. Peter and I were married on October 3, 2010 and are expecting our first child May of 2010. Today both Peter and I run SHR and are very proud to have a wonderful APHA/PTHA stallion to offer for your breeding consideration. We both compete with Houston in many different events and also enjoy trail riding whenever we can. Currently we do not have our own horse property but we are hoping someday in the very near future we will have our own property and our horses at home. In the meantime, we board and train out of the wonderful Rancho Los Amigos in Imperial Beach, CA. |
